Dr Valentine MELAS graduated in medicine from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) and went on to complete three years of specialist training in general practice, including one year in emergency medicine at Delta Hospital's adult emergency department and HUDERF's paediatric emergency department.

- General practice : general medical consultation, preventive medicine and general check-ups.
- Urgent care : sutures, minor surgery, cast (upper and lower limbs), ankle sprain taping.
- Paediatrics : consultations for babies, children and teenagers.
- Gynaecology : contraception consultation, contraceptive implant insertion, contraceptive implant removal, cervical smear test (cervical cancer screening), screening and assessment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
- Dermatology : full-body skin check with dermoscopy, wart cryotherapy, benign mole or skin lesion removal, suspicious or malignant skin lesion removal, chronic wound care.
- Aesthetic medicine : cosmetic mole removal, skin tag removal (molluscum pendulum).
- Procedures : electrocardiogram (ECG), blood test, intramuscular injection, intravenous injection.
