Dr Ahmad AWADA is a cardiologist and a graduate of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He has particular expertise in interventional and structural cardiology.
Former department head at university hospitals in Brussels, lecturer and clinical supervisor in cardiology at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Dr Awada also ensures continuity of care for his patients beyond the consultation. When necessary, he can arrange additional care in a university hospital setting.

What to expect during the consultation
The consultation begins with a detailed medical history and a complete clinical examination. An electrocardiogram and an echocardiogram may be performed where medically indicated.
Depending on your situation, additional tests may also be prescribed or arranged, such as an exercise stress test, a cardiac CT scan or a stress echocardiogram.
